Which splits are supported?
3-day full-body, 4-day upper/lower, 5-day push/pull/legs, and 6-day PPL variants — the split is chosen for your days per week and experience level.
What if I don't have gym equipment?
Pick Bodyweight or Dumbbells only — the plan swaps in exercises you can do at home with no gear or a single pair of dumbbells.
Can I train for strength, muscle, fat loss, or endurance?
Yes. Sets, reps, and rest adjust per goal: heavier loads and longer rest for strength, moderate reps for hypertrophy, shorter rest for fat loss and endurance.
